"Ladbrokes determined in mid-2012 that an overhaul of its FM supply chain was required, driven both by impending contract expiries and a tangible dissatisfaction with what were seen as inherent inefficiencies.

Tony worked seamlessly with the project team from the outset, initially producing a concise and perceptive business case for a full market tender encompassing some 2300 sites and the full range of hard and soft services. The business case was signed off in the knowledge that the anticipated business benefits alone justified the project proceeding; however, there was a realistic conservatism with regard to potential savings, as the FM team had already worked hard to ensure that value was being achieved.

Tony was asked to work within a timeline that many in his position would have considered too challenging but his experience, quality of process/IP and enthusiasm gave us confidence from day one that he would deliver. "Colt engaged Edifice in Autumn 2011, initially to assist in the development of tender documents for the outsourcing of hard and soft services across 15 countries in EMEA.
